Joe Valenzuela, Jr.

Clovis, California

The world lost a bright light when Joe Valenzuela, Jr., of Clovis, California, passed away on July 24, 2026. An emblem of dedication and loyalty, Joe's humble spirit and funny charm touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. I, Becky, am honored to share my brother's life story, a tale of love, hard work, and family, that was as rich as the earth he toiled.

Joe’s life was rooted in the soil of Clovis, where he spent 53 years as a farm laborer. His dedication to his craft was awe-inspiring; he welcomed each sunrise with a smile, ready to embrace the day's work. His loyalty to the field was mirrored in his devotion to his loved ones. His laughter was the heart of our family gatherings, his humor a balm in hard times. As Albert Einstein once said, "Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile," and Joe's life was the epitome of this sentiment.

Joe is lovingly remembered by me, his sister Becky, and our brothers David and Raymond. He joins our departed parents, Joe and Clara Valenzuela, and our late brother Vincent in the realm beyond. We are comforted knowing that they are reunited, sharing joy and laughter as they once did here on earth.

Joe's life was a testament to the power of dedication, humility, humor, and loyalty. His legacy will continue to inspire us, his lessons forever etched in our hearts. Even in his absence, his spirit continues to guide us, a beacon of love that shines brightly in our lives.

As we navigate through the sorrow, let us remember Joe for the incredible man he was. We encourage everyone who knew Joe to share their memories and upload photos to his memorial page. Each shared story, each snapshot, keeps Joe's spirit alive, allowing his light to shine on in all of us.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
